Individual education at home is organized for children (hereinafter referred to as pupils in the text) who are deficient in physical or psychological development, need long-term treatment and are unable to attend permanent or temporary general secondary educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as schools in the text) according to medical indications.

In order to ensure the right of the students to receive education, it is also allowed to involve students who have reached the age of two from the children who are studying in the relevant class of the school to receive education at home in this class.

The main purpose of individual education at home is to ensure the rights of students to education and to create the necessary conditions for their education.

The following are the main tasks of training at home alone:

to ensure that students acquire knowledge in accordance with the state educational standards of general secondary education and the requirements of special education developed on their basis (for Mentally Retarded Children) ;

adult development of a healthy, harmonious and spiritual person, formation of cultural and educational values, civil and patriotic feelings in students;

to ensure compliance with the lesson schedule that protects the health of students in the process of teaching.
